We are aware that, whilst our 'Dine Simply' service provides an exceptional level of service and quality of food, some customers may prefer the 'Dine' service, which is designed to cover every little detail, from the management of your event, through to a larger staff team and attention to all the details, such as the linen, silver and finishing touches. Our Dine ‘The Collection’ Menus and Wine list are designed for those who have a real passion for food. Drinks and Cocktails

At Dine, we believe in personal service. That's why your event manager will be happy to recommend specific champagnes and wines for your chosen menu.

Alternatively, please do call for a copy of our current wine list. Dine has Wines ranging from excellent quality house wines, chosen by our Sommelier, through to real world beaters. We also offer a whole range of bottle sizes. From individual bottles of Moet Rose, to Magnums of Krug, Dine has them all.

Cocktails can add a talking point to any reception. Ask your Event Manager about hiring one of our Flair Barmen for your celebration.
